This beautiful 18th-century villa, currently used as a luxury resort, is set in an ancient country hamlet. From its panoramic position on a hill in the heart of the countryside between the Valdichiana and the Crete Senesi, it is possible to appreciate a beautiful view of Mount Amiata and Montalcino, thus offering an authentic atmosphere.
The Borgo consists of 22 flats with 32 rooms, 6 composite suites and 3 standard rooms, meeting rooms, common rooms, breakfast room, 3 restaurant rooms, a wine cellar, an underground storage cellar, a consecrated church, a swimming pool and a tennis court.
All the flats, rooms and suites are furnished with authentic Tuscan arte povera furniture.
The agricultural area of the farm is about 65 hectares of land, about half of which is wooded, the other half cultivated, including the building area, gardens, swimming pool, etc.
Of the cultivated part, about 6 hectares is planted with intensive olive groves with about 1760 olive trees, all in full production.
The farm is organically cultivated and produces extra virgin olive oil and cereals in rotation.
Furthermore, on the property there is an artificial lake of about 5000 square metres fed by a natural spring, very suitable for irrigation for a possible golf course.
In addition, in the early 2000s, an artesian well, about 90 metres deep and regularly registered, was built, from which water is taken to feed the swimming pools.
The entire complex is equipped with a wastewater purification plant, from which the purified water is discharged into the open air, all perfectly functioning in accordance with the law
